Biography
Research Interests: Epigenetic mechanisms of brain aging, neurodegeneration, neural stem cells, FOXO transcription factors.
My research is aimed at understanding the molecular mechanisms of brain aging and neurodegeneration. In particular, we study how transcriptional and epigenetic networks preserve healthy neurogenesis and neuronal function, and how these networks are perturbed with age.
